Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and/or at checkout.

Our change of mind returns policy:

  • As long as the return is initiated (via email to us) and the return is placed in the post within 30 days of purchase. 'Date of purchase' is when you purchased the products online.
  • Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached;
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, branded dust bags, etc.

All shipping costs for 'change of mind returns' are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Returns

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact sales@crewbrothers.com as soon as possible so we can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. 

To assist the return process, you may be required to send us images of the damage, defect or fault for preliminary assessment.  You may be asked to provide further information to support your claim to assist us with our assessment of the goods.

If the product is confirmed to have a defect, we will replace or repair the product (if repair is reasonably possible) or refund the price of the product to your original payment method, as appropriate. 

Process for Returns

If change of mind (please include)

  • Please contact us via sales@crewbrothers.com.
  • Indicate a reason for your return
  • Crew Brothers will reply with acceptance of the return or request more information
  • Once you have sent the item back to us, please provide a tracking number

If faulty or damaged (please include)

  • Please contact us via sales@crewbrothers.com.
  • Indicate how the product is damaged and provide photos
  • Crew Brothers will reply with acceptance of the return or request more information
  • Once you have sent the item back to us, please provide a tracking number

We aim to process refunds and replacements within 14 days of receipt, however, depending on your item and the number of returns in our system, this may take longer.
